Music of my Heart???

I like to listen to songs. Many songs!

Songs can help me in teaching. It makes learning fun. the students enjoy it and I will be very happy when the kids love it.

Usually I listen to many genre but I am not into Hip Hop. I just can't digest it. sorry...

Currently, I am listening to Indonesian songs. It's like walking down the memory lane as I was a huge fan of Indonesian songs back then... Well.. when I was in UiTM. Maybe it's because I was influenced by my 'close' friend who liked to dedicate few Indonesian songs to me. Not to forget, that 'friend' also sang and played guitar for me. Naaaa.. that was almost 7 years. No more lovey dovey this time. There is no longer 'close' friend with me. The door is 'closed'. haha

Why Indonesian songs? Why not Malaysian songs?

Hmmm...

I am not biased. I do listen to Malay songs especially when it involves Hujan, Meet Uncle Hussien, A.P.I, Butterfngers and what not. It is obvious that i listen to rock. But it depends on my mood. sometimes, Ramlah Ram songs can also made my day. HAHA

Reason for choosing Indonesian songs is the lyric is simple but it carries deep meaning! Yup! It is deep!

Sometimes the singer only repeat the same line but indeed, it touches the heart deeply. It's just my opinion. Different people have different point of view. Maybe some of you feel like it is too melodramatic. Well... it is up to you. I am not influencing anyone to agree with me.

But some of my favourites are KOSONG, PUPUS, KANGEN, CINTAILAH CINTA...

DEALOVA by Once (no longer the lead singer of the band) is also a nice song.

I always love to listen to KASIH TAK SAMPAI, SEMUA TAK SAMA, MENANTI SEBUAH JAWABAN, BEGITU INDAH. Though listening to it can tear me into pieces (I used to have history with the songs), but it has beautiful lyric. Unfortunately, the video clip for KASIH TAK SAMPAI cannot be played in Youtube. I just dunno why. It is a beautiful clip!

BERHENTI BERHARAP, SEPHIA, DAN, BUAT AKU TERSENYUM are some of my favourites. Ya... I like to listen to sad song to make me suffer! hahahah

This is like my all time favourite! I have mention it in my previous entry.

Melly Goeslow is also one of my favourite singer. She can writes magnificent songs and usually it will stick with me. Her song CINTA really touches me especially the last part of the song where it mentions about "Bukankah Hidup Kita Akhirnya HARUS Bahagia". *gulp*

There are too many to mention here. But I really love listening to those masterpiece.

And the songs that I like to listen to means something to me. Or maybe it is what I feel deep down in my heart... Who knows...
