Who sit silently somewhere

... listening to your distinctive master piece

Who adore your talents

Who find your ideas and views extraordinary

Who believe you are unique and one of a kind

Who pray a lot that success will always be in your way.

We come from different backgrounds

We are from different worlds

We have different interests

But we do share something in common.

I am a total stranger

I may not as pious as you expected

I am not the religious teacher that you are seeking for

In fact, I am just an ordinary language teacher

... a plain dream chaser

Creating hopes with the young souls for a better tomorrow

I may not have that Chinese look

But I believe I have a big heart

A heart that is harmless for you to get to know

And... I can be a good friend too.

And maybe forever will be

Unless Allah turns it in another way
